Farhad Foroutnian: Visual Artist & Cartoonist
As a visual artist and cartoonist originally from Tehran, I am based in the Netherlands since 1986. My professional journey began in 1977, illustrating and cartooning for publications across Europe and Iran. However painting, cinema and animation have always been my true, lifelong passion. I lead the visual conceptualization, design, and drawing, infusing each film with decades of artistic experience and personal reflection.

Sara is the visionary artist who shapes the final experience of our work. She handles the crucial elements of sound design, assembly, and subtle details that complete the animation. Sara is our guiding principle, constantly reminding us that the heartfelt, handmade nature of our films is where their power truly lies. Together, we bring our shared reflections—from light humor to deep social issues—to life.
