Synopsis

A person waits for a long time at an abandoned station, consumed by the simple, confusing question of what exactly they are waiting for. Then, suddenly, a flying apple appears before them, offering an unmistakable invitation to move forward. They follow it, instantly discovering that they possess the freedom to choose the path of their journey. Asking the apple to lift them higher, they rise together into the endless sky, leaving the abandoned station far behind.

Creators’ Statement: The Pure, Whimsical Image

This film originated from a sketch we made years ago, never knowing where it would lead; in its earliest form, the work clearly bears the marks of experimentation. Years later, we decided to bring the waiting figure at the station to life, but the ending eluded us. The project lay unfinished until one day, the idea of the flying apple—simple, innocent, and childlike—struck us.

And so the film was born: a lost soul finding a path to salvation through a pure, whimsical image. It is a story that deeply resonates with the journeys of many fortunate people in the world who find their direction not through grand logic, but through a singular, unexpected moment of hope.
